You can open many Google accounts at a time. For that, you have to edit the "multiple sign-in" option present in the account settings. First you have to select on the Edit option, then you can check the on-use multiple Google accounts in the same web browser.
Also you can access accounts by selecting the arrow mark beside the settings. igoogle provides the updates at one place. Gmail status, orkut update and also other services kept with Add Gadgets in the igoogle home page. Example: you can also see the Youtube videos in the igoogle.
You can also see the different words in the home page, that is one word display on the home page everyday using word of the day gadget. If you use the Bhagavad Gita gadget you can find the Bhagavad Gita chapter wise everyday.
