This silent sound technology want to develop the noise free communication. This technology is "an end to noisy communications". If you are in the theater or restaurant or bus where there is a lot of noise around is big issue while talking on a mobile. "Silent Sounds" is a new technology to eliminate this noise problem in future. This new technology transforms lip movements in to a computer generated voice for the listener at the other end of the phone.
The device developed by the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). It uses electromyography, monitoring tiny muscular movements that occur when we speak and converting them in to electrical pulses that can then be turned into speech with out a sound.
Silent Sound Technology aim is to get the every movement of the lips and transform them in to sounds, which could help people who lose voices to speak,and allow people to make silent calls without bothering others. Native speakers can silently utter a sentence in their language, and the receiver hear the translated sentences in their language. the translation technique works for languages like English, French, German, and for Chinese.
But we are working to overcome the remaining technical difficulties. If fine may be ten years, this will be usable, everyday technology.
